Complete facility management responsibility for 33 Free Standing/EndCap Pep Boys locations. Post Hurricane Maria, SCPR was tasked with the formulation of and implementation of ongoing $ Multi-million recovery plans. Reconstruction/reclamation projects currently under engagement for each of the 33 stores.
Charged with the complete property and Asset Mgmt of 2.2 million sqft of industrial assets, and an additional 3 million sqft of Class A office, retail, and misc. commercial assets throughout PR, for the past 10 years. Post Maria, with the organization and implementation of a post-Maria $44 Million remediation/ recovery/ reconstruction program for the entire CPG industrial portfolio, including all design, engineering and construction services. Over 1.6 million sqft of industrial facilities will be re-roofed.
SCPR was originally engaged with our sister entity CPGIS to completely renovate and reposition in excess of 500 luxury condominium units in Laguna, Bahia, and The Atlantis towers, and the comprehensive renovation and repositioning of the Most prestigious retail project in San Juan in a generation, Paseo Caribe, consisting of 110,000 sqft of mixed use multi-level waterfront retail, inclusive of the complete design and development of the unparalleled El Mercado cafeteria.
