SCOPE OF PROJECT:

Paseo Caribe, the Premier Luxury residential/entertainment destination in San Juan, is a one-million-square-foot mixed-use luxury development featuring an unsurpassed waterfront retail center and two luxury residential condo towers right at the intersection of Old San Juan and the illustrious Condado area. SCPR was charged with the complete reconstruction of over 100 luxury condominiums and every square inch of common area, resulting in the accelerated stabilization of the project six months ahead of schedule during the worst economic downturn in Puerto Rico’s recent history. SCPR was also charged with the design and development of El Mercado – comprised of 15 individual culinary experiences from award-winning local chefs and purveyors in Paseo Caribe’s oceanfront retail – which was the first, and only one of its kind in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, and is widely considered to be the most important retail project in San Juan in years.
