SCPR has complete on island facility management responsibility for all 27 free standing/end-cap Pep Boys locations, inclusive of maintenance, repair, and oversight of all critical building systems such as electrical, electrical redundancy systems, security systems, lighting, plumbing, hydraulic lift equipment, fixturing, life safety systems, branding elements, etc.
