SCOPE OF PROJECT:
SCPR has been charged, for the past 10 years with the comprehensive Asset/Property Management of the prestigious CPG Industrial Portfolio, consisting of 2.2 million square feet of warehouse, distribution, and mixed use facilities located throughout the San Juan metropolitan area of Puerto Rico. The portfolio consists of 20 buildings in five separate and distinct parks, each one having unparalleled access to the Port of San Juan, Luis Muñoz Marín Airport, and immediate ingress / egress to the major San Juan highways Baldorioty de Castro and PR 22. Additionally, during our tenure, we have been responsible for the management and disposition of an additional 3 million square feet of Class A office space (270 Munoz Rivera), enclosed mall and strip retail centers, and a myriad of other commercial assets.
