About Edward L. Stutz, President

Over the course of an accomplished and multifaceted career in real estate, encompassing the entire US Mid-Atlantic/Northeast regions, Central America and Puerto Rico, Edward has spearheaded highly successful operational efficiencies, value creation, and revenue preservation protocols. Through the comprehensive Asset Management of over 35 million square feet, Edward has effectuated in excess of 37 million square feet of commercial leases, heavily weighted in Retail, Office, and Industrial, but involving virtually all asset classes and sourced/implemented ground up and adaptive reuse Development opportunities for in excess of 12 million square feet, inclusive of mixed-use, commercial space, and over 6,500 residential units (ranging from affordable/Low/Mod to Luxury) in both urban and suburban environments. He has quantified and qualified Acquisition/Disposition opportunities, resolved over 50 million square feet of Distressed/Non-Performing properties and tenancies; including the design, engineering, leasing/marketing, and construction of the unparalleled Paseo Caribe Mixed Use Entertainment Complex in Old San Juan, PR, and its Benchmark attraction, El Mercado. Equally as significant, Edward has spearheaded the absolute immediate stabilization, recovery, and reconstruction efforts after Hurricane Maria, for the entire CPG Real Estate commercial portfolio in Puerto Rico, and all 27 Pep Boys facilities in Puerto Rico spanning every corner of the island
